The method comprises the steps: determining a first array element and a second array element, which are symmetrically arranged along a direction vertical to a rotation axis of a first alignment direction, of the multi-array-element ultrasonic transducer; successively gating the first array element and thesecond array element, scanning a reflection target by using gated array elements, and determining pose adjusting parameters of a probe according to arrival time t of echo signals reflected from the reflection target; and adjusting a pose of the probe according to the pose adjusting parameters. The invention further discloses an alignment device and system for the multi-array-element ultrasonic transducer and a storage medium. According to the alignment method, device and system for the multi-array-element ultrasonic transducer and the storage medium, alignment of the multi-array-element ultrasonic transducer can be achieved without manual participation.
