Abstract

The invention relates to an industrial park space site selection method and system, belongs to the technical field of geographic information, and solves the problems that an existing qualitative siteselection method is high in contingency, cannot provide a reliable basis for site selection decisions and has localization. The method comprises the following steps: dividing a to-be-analyzed region into a plurality of unit regions according to a preset area; calculating the average density of the current industrial park distribution in each unit area; determining factors influencing industrial park space site selection, wherein each factor comprises a plurality of factors; calculating to obtain a type average value of each factor, and obtaining a weight value of each factor by using a geographical detector system according to the average density of the industrial park distribution and the type average value of each factor; and determining the priority of each factor in the industrial parksite selection decision according to the weight value of each factor, and determining the site selection of the newly-built industrial park according to the priority. The importance of different factors to industrial park site selection is quantitatively evaluated, and the pertinence and accuracy of industrial park site selection are improved.
