Abstract

The invention relates to an ICT supply chain network node availability evaluation method fusing market layout characteristics, and belongs to the technical field of computer and information science. The method mainly aims at solving the problems that an existing ICT supply chain network node availability evaluation index system is incomplete and an evaluation method is incomplete. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, quantifying information such as enterprise types, registration capital, establishment dates, registration states, enterprise residences and branch mechanismsto acquire supplier node commercial features; representing text description of an enterprise operation range as a text vector through a doc2vec algorithm, obtaining supplier node product features, and obtaining market layout features by quantifying individual influence margins, product layouts and industry layouts of supplier nodes; and finally, fusing the three types of features and constructing a supplychain node availability quantitative evaluation model of the blending ensemble learning, and outputting node availability rating (level 3: strong, strong, general). Experiments are carried out on anICT bidding and tendering project data set obtained by a project, and supplier availability rating task accuracy reaches 77.07%.
