The method comprises the following steps: exporting scene object models of scene resources of anMAYA three-dimensional software project as a real model asset file, a GPU cache model asset file and a renderer agent asset file respectively; creating all the exported asset files into an AssemblyDefinition asset file by using an Assembly format of the MAYA three-dimensional software, and carrying out management operation on the Assembly Definition asset file through an asset management library of the MAYA three-dimensional software; and when a final model scene needs to be manufactured, introducing a plurality of AssemblyDefinition asset files from the asset management library to assemble the AssemblyDefinition asset files into the final model scene. According to the method, each asset composition scheme is formed by managing and quoting the optimized asset files, so that the practicability, efficiency and usability of the animation production process are improved.
