Abstract

The invention relates to the field of feed, in particular to fiber-containing rumination fermented feed and a production method thereof. The method includes the steps: pretreating lignocellulose raw materials, mixing the pretreated materials with liquid by-products of the alcohol industry, mixing the obtained mixture with other raw materials so as to obtain a fermentation substrate, then inoculating a mixed bacterial liquid containing saccharomycetes, lactic acid bacteria and bacillus into the fermentation substrate, and performing fermentation so as to obtain the fiber-containing rumination fermented feed. Through the method, the problem of resource utilization of the lignocellulose raw materials can be solved, a new way to utilize the by-products of the alcohol industry can be provided,and the high-quality rumination fermented feed for animals can be produced. In addition, the fiber-containing rumination fermented feed which is produced by using the method has low content of neutraldetergent fiber and acid detergent fiber, good fermentation quality, a high nutritional value and better digestion characteristics, and can be widely used as high-quality rumination animal feed raw materials in animal husbandry.
