Abstract

The invention provides an implanted nerve stimulator and implanted nerve stimulation system with a temperature measurement function. The stimulator comprises a stimulation contact for releasing a stimulation signal to a deep target point of a brain, a temperature measurement component for measuring the temperature near the deep target point of the brain, and a temperature acquisition circuit and apulse output circuit which are arranged in a shell with biocompatibility. The pulse output circuit is used for outputting a stimulation signal and is connected with the stimulation contact through lead wires; and the temperature acquisition circuit is connected with the temperature measurement component through lead wires, and is used for receiving a temperature signal measured by the temperaturemeasurement component. The implanted nerve stimulator provided by the embodiment of the invention can realize long-term temperature measurement of the stimulation target position through the temperature measurement component and the temperature acquisition circuit while providing an electric stimulation treatment function through the pulse output circuit and the stimulation contact, and has an important value for mechanism research of a deep brain electric stimulation therapy and research of other brain functions.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of electronic medical equipment, in particular to an implantable nerve stimulator and system with temperature measurement function. Background technique [0002] The brain accounts for only 2% of the body's mass, but accounts for 25% of the body's total glucose utilization and 20% of oxygen consumption. It is a metabolic organ with intense heat production. Almost all brain processes are sensitive to temperature fluctuations. Its energy consumption efficiency Highly dependent on temperature, the brain's thermoregulatory capacity may define its anatomy and physiology and limit its processing power. The measurement of deep brain temperature has important research significance. In recent years, there have been related research reports on brain thermal genetic therapy. [0003] The existing technology proposes that nuclear magnetic resonance technology can be used to measure the internal temperature of the brain, but this...
