Abstract

The invention discloses a soil reconstitution substance. The soil reconstitution substance contains the following components in percentage by weight: 30%-70% of rock-soil stripped substance added withbiochar and 30%-70% of coal gangue as well as optional coal ash with a percentage less than or equal to 40%.
