A trigger operation on a search box is received to display a first information search page, and multiple preset search types are displayed on the first information search page; a selection operation on a target search type in the multiple search types is received to display a second information searchpage; in response to a trigger operation on a target feature item in at least one feature item displayed on the second information search page, various peices of feature information of the target feature item are generated; a selection operation on the feature information of the target feature item is received, and the selected feature information is determined as target feature information of thetarget feature item; and information matched with the target feature information of the target feature item is queried in social information to generate a request result.
