Abstract

The invention provides an intelligent magnetic traction device for treating OSAS. The intelligent magnetic traction device comprises an in-vivo part and an in-vitro part, wherein the in-vivo part comprises a shell arranged on a tongue bone body and an inner magnet arranged in the shell; the in-vitro part comprises a lower shell equipped with a cylindrical mounting hole; an outer magnet is arrangedin the cylindrical mounting hole; the lower shell is arranged outside the body surface; the bottom part of the outer magnet is attracted to an inner magnet; the outer magnet is connected with a steering engine rocker arm; and the steering engine is driven by the steering engine rocker arm to axially move in the cylindrical mounting hole to change the distance between the steering engine and the inner magnet. According to the invention, an in-vivo assembly is fixed to the tongue bone body through a surgical operation; an in-vitro assembly is worn on the neck; through adjustment of the in-vitroassembly, the distance between the in-vivo assembly and the in-vitro assembly is proper; and the inner magnet and the outer magnet attract each other, and the tongue bone is pulled forwards and upwards, so the tongue root is prevented from falling backwards, and the respiratory tract is kept unobstructed continuously.
