The method comprises the following steps: collecting random numbers generated by each node in a block chain; determining a hash value of the to-be-generated block; and determining an accounting node of the to-be-generated block from each node according to the hash value and a random number generated by each node. The random number generated by each node is compared with the hash value of the to-be-generated block, so that the accounting node is determined, each node in the block chain network can be ensured to possibly become the accounting node under the condition of relatively high randomness, and the equivalence of grabbing the accounting right by each node is realized.
