The positions of the transmitting coils are stored in the road section controller; each power supply controller is connected; the road section controller is used for obtaining the vehicle position of a vehicle running on the pavement, if the vehicle runs in the range of the road section where the road section controller is located, the power supply controller of the transmitting coil located in the coupling range of the receiving coil of the vehicle in the road section is determined as a to-be-started power supply controller, and the to-be-started power supply controller is started so as to charge the vehicle. Non-stop charging in the driving process is effectively realized, and sub-section charging control can be adopted, so thatthe equipment cost is reduced, and the charging control efficiency is improved.
