The method comprises the following steps of establishing a geometric model of the aircraft air circulation refrigeration system; dividing and setting a control area; setting boundary conditions; dividing grids; establishing a control equation; performing numerical solution; and analyzing the simulation result, and predicting the refrigeration performance of the aircraft air circulation refrigeration system. According to the method, two-dimensional calculation simulation of the airplane air circulation refrigerating system is achieved through the commercial calculation fluid software Fluent, the refrigerating performance of the refrigerating system can be predictedwithin a short time, and the research and development cost is greatly reduced. By analyzing the temperature field, pressure field and flow field distribution in the refrigeration system, the operation mechanism and fluid characteristics in the refrigeration system are deeply understood, and the method is of great significance to design optimization of the aircraft air circulation refrigeration system.
