According to the invention, the screw threads with opposite directions are respectively arranged at the head end and the tail end of the screw body, so that the holding force is increased; after the tail end of the screw is cut, when the screw body is screwed into the femoral neck, the tail end of the screw is still provided with one screw thread to be in riveting with a cortex, so that holding force is enhanced; and meanwhile, thecutting surface is also clung to a bone surface, so that discomfort caused by protrusion of an internal fixture is reduced.
