Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of automatic driving, and discloses a lane changing method and device for a vehicle, a vehicle and a storage medium. The lane changing method comprises thesteps: obtaining the road condition information of a road where the vehicle is located, wherein the road condition information comprises a speed limit value of a lane where the vehicle is located, the speed of a front vehicle, a speed limit value of an adjacent lane and vehicle information of the adjacent lane, and the front vehicle is a vehicle which is located in the lane where the vehicle is located and located in front of the vehicle; determining whether to generate a lane changing intention or not according to the road condition information; and after it is determined that the lane changing intention is generated, when it is judged that the vehicle meets a preset lane changing condition, controlling the vehicle to execute lane changing according to the lane changing intention. The lane changing method achieves automatic lane changing of the vehicle, and effectively avoids the situation that a driver needs to manually input the lane changing intention to achieve lane changing of the vehicle, thus simplifying the lane changing operation, and improving the driving experience of the vehicle.
