Abstract

The invention provides a robot for maintaining a parallel supporting roller of a conveyor. The robot comprises a machine seat which can move in a conveying direction, a grasping manipulator unit whichis positioned in the centre of the machine seat and liftable opening and closing manipulators which are positioned at the two ends of the machine seat; the grasping manipulator unit is used for grasping a drum of the parallel supporting roller; the two opening and closing manipulators are used for respectively grasping two limiting shaft parts of the same parallel supporting roller; the graspingmanipulator unit comprises a rotary worktable which is positioned in the centre of the machine seat, a lifter which is fixed to the rotary worktable, an overturning device which is positioned on the lifter, and a grasping manipulator which is positioned on the overturning device; each opening and closing manipulator comprises a bottom slideway and two parallel straight arms which can be connectedto the bottom slideway in a sliding manner; and a rotating belt is arranged in each inner cavity of each of the two straight arms. According to the robot for maintaining the parallel supporting rollerof the conveyor, the replacement of the parallel supporting roller of the conveyor can be completed automatically; the maintenance efficiency can be improved; the labour intensity and the operating risk can be reduced; and the robot for maintaining the parallel supporting roller of the conveyor is positioned in the conveyor and does not occupy additional space.
