Abstract

The invention relates to a method for creating an animal pharmacokinetic model for a drug multi-peak phenomenon. The method includes the following steps: selecting at least 6 dogs with three male dogsand three female dogs, carrying out dosing based on a certain dosage, collecting blood samples after dosing, for a blood sample time point, at least collecting two block sampling points before a first peak, at least collecting three blood sampling points near a highest value of each peak, and at least collecting three blood sampling points after a last peak; measuring the blood drug concentrationby using a liquid mass spectrometer; and calculating a fitting constant (DM) for five types of each dog and indicating a minimum value to be a pharmacokinetic standard model class of the dog. According to the invention, the standard model can be established in the dog, the pharmacokinetic parameters of the drug are calculated correctly, and thus a reasonable dosing plan is provided. The method also can be used for calculating and predicting the drug concentration of the drug in the dog, so that a defect of excessive dog dosing amount due to the small pharmacokinetic parameters of the drug formulti-peak phenomenon calculation by the existing pharmacokinetic software is overcome.
