A software radio receiver comprises a broadband low-noise amplification unit used for accessing an input signal to amplify the input signal to form an amplified signal; a fractional mixer used for carrying out frequency conversion on the amplified signal to form a mixed signal; an analog-to-digital converter used for converting the frequency mixing signal into a digital signal; a DSP and softwaredemodulation unit used for processing the digital signal and realizing signal demodulation; and a clock unit used for providing a clock for the shift register and providing a clock for the analog-to-digital converter and the DSP and software demodulation unit.
