The magnetic driving unit connected with the ultrasonic transducer is used for driving the ultrasonic transducer to rotate. A plurality of magnets are stacked by rotating target magnetic poles at a preset angle to form the magnetic driving unit, and the stacking direction is along the axial direction of the rotating direction. The external portion comprises an alternating magnetic field generation unit formed by arraying a plurality of electromagnetic coils. The alternating magnetic field generation unit is used for generating an alternating magnetic field corresponding to the rotation speed of the ultrasonic transducer.
