The equipment system contribution rate assessment method comprises the following steps: matching capabilities for mission tasks, setting the capabilities as nodes, setting an influence relationship among the capabilities as a connection edge among the nodes, setting the strength of the influence relationship among the capabilities as a weight on the connection edge, and constructing and forming a system capability network model; based on the system capability network model, tracing a contribution link of the capability corresponding to the to-be-evaluated equipment, and constructing an equipment system contribution path diagram according to the contribution link; symbolizing the contribution path diagram of the equipment system, establishing a structural equation, and calculating the numerical value of the weight according to the structural equation; and based on the numerical value of the weight, evaluating the contribution rate of the capability corresponding to the to-be-evaluated equipment to other capabilities in the equipment system contribution path diagram.
