Abstract

The invention provides a refrigeration system and method. The refrigeration system comprises a compressor, an evaporator, an oil return heat exchanger and a condenser. An air outlet of the evaporatorcommunicates with an air inlet of the compressor through a first air return pipeline. An inlet of the oil return heat exchanger communicates with a liquid outlet of the evaporator through a first oilreturn pipeline, and an outlet of the oil return heat exchanger communicates with an oil inlet of the compressor through a second oil return pipeline. An air outlet of the condenser sequentially communicates with an inlet of the oil return heat exchanger, an inlet of a return pipeline and an inlet of the evaporator through a second air return pipeline, and an inlet of the condenser communicates with an exhaust port of the compressor through an exhaust pipeline. According to the refrigeration system, oil and refrigerant mixed liquid output by the evaporator is subjected to heat exchange throughthe oil return heat exchanger and then is input into the oil inlet of the compressor, so that the exhaust superheat degree of the compressor can be stabilized.
