Abstract

The system comprises an industrial control computer with LabVIEW, a data acquisition unit, a sensor and a programmable power supply, wherein the sensor comprises an acceleration sensor, a rotating speed sensor and a noise sensor; the industrial control computer with the LabVIEW is connected with a motor to be detected through the programmable power supply; the acceleration sensor, the rotating speed sensor and the noise sensor are respectively connected with the motor to be detected; and the industrial control computer is respectively connected with the acceleration sensor, the rotating speed sensor and the noise sensor through the data acquisition unit.
