Abstract

The invention discloses a distance detecting mechanism for measuring lifting distance of a hoisting device. The mechanism comprises a driving wheel which is propped to a hoisting rope, a gear countingpart, and a transmission gear assembly which is mounted between the driving wheel and the gear counting part, wherein the gear counting part is provided with multi-stage counting gear assemblies which are sequentially engaged based on a preset transmission route; each of a driving shaft and a driven shaft of the counting gear assembly at each stage is fixedly provided with a counting plate; a counting plate on each driven shaft rotates by a preset angle as the counting plate on the corresponding driving shaft rotates by a circle, and thus all counting plates can record the number of rotatingcircles of the driving wheels on the preset transmission route in a scale mode; the hoisting rope is pulled to drive the driving wheel to rotate, and the rotating driving wheel drives a transmission gear assembly to rotate, and finally the transmission gear assembly drives the engaged gear counting part to rotate. When in hoisting, the lifting distance of the hoisting rope can be accurately calculated without excessive workers, and thus the lifting distance of the hoisting rope can be conveniently accurately acquired.
