Abstract

The invention provides a method for selectively using 308nm and 2-micron laser to dissolve thrombus under the guidance of optical coherence tomography. The elements involved in the method include optical coherence tomography (OCT) equipment, a 308nm excimer laser, a 2-micron laser an optical catheters; the OCT equipment is used for observing thrombus in blood vessels and selecting different lasersto perform laser thrombus dissolving by judging the composition of the thrombus according to OCT imaging; the 308nm excimer laser is used for generating 308nm laser pulses mainly acting on non-calcified thrombus; the 2-micron laser is used for generating 2-micron laser pulses mainly used for eliminating the calcified thrombus; the optical catheters are connected with the OCT equipment, the 308nmexcimer laser and the 2-micron laser respectively and are composed of an OCT catheter, a 308nm excimer layer catheter and a 2-micron laser catheter which are used for observing the thrombus in the blood vessels and eliminating the thrombus.
