Abstract

The invention discloses a circuit of medical communication equipment. The circuit comprises a signal gating circuit, a coding-and-decoding circuit and an echo eliminating circuit. The signal gating circuit is connected with the decoding output end of the coding-and-decoding circuit and the input end of the echo eliminating circuit. The input end of the echo eliminating circuit is connected with the decoding output end of the coding-and-decoding circuit. The output end of the echo eliminating circuit is connected with the coding input end of the coding-and-decoding circuit. The signal gating circuit is used for determining for gating the audio signal transmission line of a local microphone or the audio signal transmission line of a handle microphone according to a received gating control signal. The signal gating line transmits the audio signal which is acquired by the local microphone or the handle microphone to the echo eliminating circuit through the audio signal transmission line ofthe local microphone or the handle microphone, and transmits the audio signal which is transmitted by the decoding output end to power amplifier equipment which corresponds with the local microphoneor the handle microphone.
