Abstract

The invention provides a method for researching spawning ground positions of river drifting egg spawning fish. The method comprises the following steps of framing spawning riverway ranges; establishing one-dimensional water age simulation models, wherein an unsteady flow process simulation module carries out verification through utilization of actually measured data; laying out fish egg monitoringsections; recording fish egg sampling points, and carrying out gene sequencing to obtain development time when fish eggs are sampled; replaying unsteady flow processes in spawning periods through utilization of the one-dimensional water age simulation models; substituting the sampling points of the fish and the development time when the fish eggs are sampled into the model, obtaining the development time when the fish eggs are sampled through water age space distribution and the gene sequencing, and reversely researching a spawning position of each fish egg; and carrying out statistic analysis on spawning position data of a great number of fish eggs, thereby obtaining main egg spawning grounds of the fish. According to the method provided by the invention, through utilization of the one-dimensional water age simulation models and a gene detection technology, the spawning ground positions of the river drifting egg spawning fish can be researched relatively precisely, so basis for fishhabitat research and protection can be provided.
