Embodiment 1

[0034] S1: Take four 100.00ml volumetric flasks, and add different volumes of 1000ppm COD standard solution respectively, and the added volumes are 2.00ml, 4.00ml, 8.00ml, and 15.00ml respectively. The configured concentrations are 20ppm, 40ppm, 80ppm, and 150ppm;

[0035] S2: Take 2.00ml of the standard solution prepared in the above steps and 3.00ml of the COD fast digestion solution into the COD colorimetric tube and shake well. At the same time, take another 5ml of prepared RO water into the empty COD colorimetric tube as a blank, and heat at 165°C 20min, after heating, cool to room temperature;

[0036] S3: Use the single wavelength method (420nm) to measure the absorbance of each standard chromogenic solution on a Hach UV-Vis spectrophotometer, and use a blank to return to zero before measurement. Input the absorbance-concentration value into the instrument, and perform linear fitting to obtain the COD solution standard curve. The curve correction coefficient of determ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a sewage COD rapid detection method. The sewage COD rapid detection method specifically comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a COD rapid digestion solution; S2, preparing COD standard solutions of 20ppm, 40ppm, 80ppm and 150ppm, respectively adding 2.00 ml of the COD standard solution into a colorimetric tube containing 3.00 ml of the COD rapid digestion solution, heating, cooling, and making a standard curve by using an absorbance method; S3, diluting a certain amount of to-be-tested sample to a certain concentration, and performing a blank experiment by usingpurified water; S4, adding 2.00 ml of the diluted to-be-detected solution into a colorimetric tube containing 3.00 ml of a COD rapid digestion solution, carrying out a blank experiment by using purified water, heating and cooling, and standing; and S5, measuring the to-be-measured sewage by adopting a Hash ultraviolet visible light spectrophotometer, combining the standard curve in the step S2 tomeasure the CDO of the to-be-measured sewage, and further calculating the actual sewage COD. The method has the beneficial effects of simplicity and convenience in measurement, short time consumptionand high precision and accuracy.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for measuring COD, in particular to a method for rapidly detecting COD in sewage. Background technique [0002] Chemical oxygen demand (COD) is one of the important comprehensive indicators for evaluating the degree of organic pollution in water bodies. It refers to the amount of oxidant consumed when potassium dichromate is used as an oxidant to treat water samples under strong acid and heating conditions. [0003] The standard method for the determination of chemical oxygen demand in wastewater is represented by the Chinese standard GB 11914-1989 and the international standard ISO6060. This method has a high oxidation rate, good reproducibility, accuracy and reliability, and has become a classic standard method generally recognized by the international community. However, this classic standard method also has obvious shortcomings: the reflux device takes up a lot of experimental space, consumes a lot of water and ele...
