The system comprises a topographic map data partitioning module, a construction areadata extraction module, a contour line data extraction module, a contour line data recovery module, a three-dimensional surface modeling module, a road central axis plane coordinate data and road width calculation module, a road central axis elevation data calculation module, a road pavement polygonal belt modeling module, a road surface polygon belt model correction module, a three-dimensional curved surface modeling module, a three-dimensional straight wall modeling module, a road slope modeling module based on elevation points, a road slope modeling module based on road slope boundary contour lines, a road three-dimensional straight wall modeling module, a building three-dimensional modeling module and a three-dimensional surface BIM integration module.
