The method includes the steps that by using a sensor, target human body surface temperature information of different sub-areas in a first region is acquired; a sub-area target temperature level is determined by using the target human body surface temperature information and a preset temperature range inside the subareas; target human body sensing temperature information in the subareas is obtained; according to the target human body surface temperature information inside the subareas, the target temperature level information of the subareas and the target human body sensing temperature information of the subareas, the temperature of an air conditioner is adjusted aiming at a preset human comfort body surface temperature and a preset human comfort body sensing temperature in the subareas. The device can flexibly adjust the parameters such as temperature for different subareas, can meet the individual needs of users in different subareas, and improve the user experience.
