The device comprises test modules being put in a reservoir and comprising a water collection vessel and a temperature monitor arranged in the water collection vessel, wherein the water collection vessel is configured to collect cooling water flowing out from a spraying device of a cooling tower,and there are the plurality of test modules which are in one-to-one corresponding arrangement with a plurality of preset spraying positions of the spraying device to collect cooling water flowing outat each preset spraying position.
