Abstract

The invention discloses a cloud hard disk cleaning method based on a cloud platform. The method comprises the following steps of: triggering a request for cleaning the cloud hard disk when the acquired state of the cloud hard disk is in mounting or unmounting for a duration exceeding a set time, wherein the request comprises a cloud hard disk identification ID to be cleaned and a cloud host identification ID of a cloud host associated with the cloud hard disk; cleaning a device information table of the cloud host according to the cloud host ID and the cloud hard disk ID and sending a notification of changing a state of the cloud hard disk corresponding to the cloud hard disk ID. The invention also discloses a cloud hard disk cleaning device based on a cloud platform. The method and the device provided by the invention can realize the cleaning operation of the cloud hard disk which is always in a loading or unloading state.
