Abstract

The invention discloses a ventilation control device and a breathing mask device with the ventilation control device. The ventilation control device comprises a cavity with one or more gas conveying openings and mask ventilation openings for being communicated with a breathing mask, and valve assemblies arranged on the gas conveying openings. The valve assemblies are matched with the gas conveyingopenings to form gas inlets and gas outlets. The valve assemblies make the gas inlets communicated with the mask ventilating openings when the pressure in the cavity is smaller than or equal to the barometric pressure and make the gas outlets communicated with the mask ventilation openings when the pressure in the cavity is larger than the barometric pressure. The section area of the gas inlets is larger than the section area of the gas outlets. The gas outlets can keep the pressure in the cavity larger than the barometric pressure during breathing. By means of the ventilation control device,the breathing phase positive pressure function is realized, and the patient discomfort caused by continuous positive pressure is avoided; the ventilation control device does not need to be connectedwith a positive pressure gas supply device or a pipeline or the like in use, and therefore the patient can conveniently move; the positive pressure gas supply device does not need to be carried when the patient goes out.
