Abstract
The invention relates to an intelligent television technology, in particular to a method for adjusting the position of an application program icon and a display terminal, which are used in flexible editing of application icons and for allowing users to quickly identify the target application, thus reducing the visual burden on users. The method comprises the following steps: an intelligent television displays an application list on a graphical user interface; when a first instruction is received, an editable interface is displayed; when a second instruction is received, application icons are exchanged in positions; and the application list is moved by a width of an application icon to keep the original coordinate position of the focus unchanged. In this way, the intelligent television canedit the application icon flexibly to meet the personalized editing requirements of the user on the application icon, at the same time, the user can quickly identify the target application and reducethe visual fatigue.
