The method comprises the following steps that a sensor network arranged in an elevator collects operation state parameter data of the elevator in real time and transmits the collected parameter data to a central control module located in the elevator; the central control module analyzes the parameter data according to all characteristic parameters of historical characteristic data of the elevator and prior data, if the data are abnormal data through analysis, the central control module acquires elevator fault information and fault codes and transmits the elevator fault information and the fault codes to a remote server; and theremote server stores the received elevator fault information and the fault codes into a database, and sends alarm information to a terminal held by elevator maintenance and supervision personnel.
