Abstract

The invention relates to a giant freshwater prawn feed test method. The method includes the following steps: 1) selecting giant freshwater prawns with the initial body mass of 1.36g +- 0.06g, and theinitial body length of 3.95cm +- 0.06cm; 2) feed test: adopting soybean meal, fishmeal, peanut meal and meat powder as a protein source to prepare a base feed according to the nutritional requirementof the giant freshwater prawns, adopting the base feed as a control group; replacing 0%, 9.15%, 18.25% and 27.35% of fishmeal in the base feed with 0%, 5%, 10% and 15% of corn gluten meal in a test feed; 3) feeding management; 4) determination of 4.1) growth performance indicators; 4.2) nutrient indicators; 5) statistical analysis. According to the method, the feasibility of application of the corn gluten meal in the feed of the giant freshwater prawns is achieved, and a basis for the application of the corn gluten meal in the feed of the giant freshwater prawns is provided.
