Problems solved by technology

[0002] The gastric tube is inserted through the patient's nostril, passes through the patient's pharynx, and passes through the patient's esophagus to reach the patient's stomach. Patients, especially patients with tracheal intubation, due to the large amount of secretions in the pharynx (supraglottis), are prone to aspiration when using gastric tubes, which is not conducive to the recovery of patients, and leads to an increase in hospital-acquired pneumonia

Abstract

The invention discloses a U-shaped anti-aspiration nasogastric tube. The nasogastric tube includes a nasogastric tube body, an irrigation tube and a suction tube. The irrigation tube is provided witha first open end and a first closed end. The suction tube is provided with a second open end and a second closed end; the suction tube is fixed between the stomach tube body and the irrigation tube. Afirst open end of the irrigation tube and a second open end of the suction tube are both drawn from an upper end of the stomach tube body, and a first closed end of the irrigation tube is in communication with a second closed end of the suction tube. A plurality of through holes are defined between the first open end and the first closed end; the plurality of through holes are respectively arranged within a range of 30 cm to 40 cm from an end of the lower end of the stomach tube body; the U-shaped anti-aspiration nasogastric tube can wash the pharynx by the irrigation tube, and reduce the bacteria and the like of the pharynx. By intermittent or continuous pharyngeal attraction, the flow of pharyngeal fluid into the patient's airway can be reduced, which can significantly reduce the incidence of hospital acquired pneumonia.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of medical devices, and in particular relates to a U-shaped gastric tube for preventing aspiration. Background technique [0002] The gastric tube is inserted through the patient's nostril, passes through the patient's pharynx, and passes through the patient's esophagus to reach the patient's stomach. Patients, especially patients with endotracheal intubation, due to the large amount of secretions in the pharynx (supraglottis), are prone to aspiration when using a gastric tube, which is not conducive to the recovery of patients, and leads to an increase in hospital-acquired pneumonia. Contents of the invention [0003] In view of the above-mentioned deficiencies in the prior art, the present invention provides a U-shaped anti-aspiration gastric tube that reduces the flow of pharyngeal liquid into the airway of patients by intermittent or continuous pharyngeal suction, which can significantly reduce the occ...
