A conduit of a urine collecting bag is clamped to be closed, the manual valve (4) (41) is opened separately, 25 ml of physiological saline is injected through the liquid injecting hole (5), the manual valve (41) is closed, and the liquid injecting hole (5) is vertically lifted to make the transparent hose (2) naturally hang down. When the uppermargin of the pubic bone of a patient is touched, the manual valve (41) is opened, the corresponding level of a liquid surface is read, and the reading is a measured intravesical pressure value.
