Abstract

The present invention discloses an engine transient state discharge test analysis system and method. The system comprises a discharge device, a drum test bed control system, a drum test bed, a test vehicle, a combustion analyzer, an electronic injection parameter collection unit, a data analysis unit, a lower computer and cylinder pressure sensors. Two probes of the discharge device are respectively installed at front and back sides of a catalyst of a test vehicle, and the discharge device is connected with the drum test bed control system; the drum test bed is connected with the drum test bedcontrol system; the drum test bed control system is connected with the data analysis unit; the cylinder pressure sensors are respectively installed at cylinders, each cylinder pressure sensor is connected with the combustion analyzer, and the combustion analyzer is connected with the data analysis unit; the electronic injection parameter collection unit is connected with a vehicle ECU and a dataanalysis unit; and the data analysis unit is connected with the lower computer. The engine transient state discharge test analysis system and method can directly perform associated measurement and analysis of a discharge result in a whole vehicle work condition and a combustion result of the engine.
