The platform includes a Beidou ground-based augmentation system, a user terminal, a carrier, an RFID module,sensors, an intelligent lock control system and a background commanding and dispatching system. The intelligent lock control system is located on the carrier. The Beidou ground-based augmentation system includes a Beidou module and a Beidou satellite. The Beidou ground-based augmentation system sends identity information collected by the RFID module and real-time information, which is of temperature, humidity, vibration and light sources and is collected by sensor modules, to the background commanding and dispatching system through a manner of Beidou short messages.
