Problems solved by technology

The mature vein imaging technology is mostly used in the field of identity authentication and identification, but it is not widely used in auxiliary medical puncture, because the imaging system cannot give the specific depth value of the subcutaneous vein on the back of the hand. For the existing vein imaging, please refer to figure 1 , medical staff can only judge the location of venipuncture from the existing venous images, but cannot judge the depth of venipuncture, and experience and proficiency are still required for intravenous injection treatment

Embodiment Construction

[0028] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0029] see figure 2 The dorsal hand vein model 100 applied to near-infrared subcutaneous vein depth measurement includes a dorsal hand bone model support 1 cut into the shape of a hand, an infusion tube 2 arranged along the dorsal hand bone model support 1, and a sleeve set on the dorsal hand bone. The skin layer 3 on the surface of the model holder 1 .

[0030] The dorsal bone model bracket 1 is made of five layers of cartons by cutting, and the skin layer 3 is made of stockings close to skin color, and the stockings are several layers of thin stockings or thick stockings or a combination of several layers of thin stockings and thick stockings .

[0031] The dorsal bone model support 1 and the infusion tube 2 are fixed by adhesive tape.

[0032] The infusion tube 2 includes a first infusion tube 21 and a second infusion tube 22 connected internally...

Abstract

The invention provides a hand back vena model for near-infrared hand back subcutaneous vena depth measurement. The model comprises a hand back bone model bracket in a hand shape, an infusion pipe arranged along the hand back bone model bracket and a skin layer sleeving the surface of the hand back bone model bracket. The invention further provides a measuring method for a near-infrared hand back subcutaneous vena depth. The hand back vena model is prepared by adopting the above devices, standardization, curve fitting and calibration are carried out on a vena gray value of a hand back model image and a subcutaneous depth value of a hand back model vena vein, the visual differences of the subcutaneous depth of the hand back model vena vein can be finally given quantificationally, real-time annotation is performed on the measured vein depth, so that medical staffs can conveniently make reference for judgement when puncturing the vena, and the purpose of medical application assistance is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of applied medical images, in particular to a dorsal hand vein model and a measurement method for near-infrared subcutaneous vein depth measurement on the back of the hand. Background technique [0002] Near-infrared vein imaging technology uses the principle that hemoglobin in human blood vessels absorbs infrared rays of a specific wavelength, and other tissues reflect and scatter infrared rays of this band to perform near-infrared imaging. After being processed by advanced image algorithms, it is finally displayed on the LCD screen or computer system. However, the mature vein imaging technology is mostly used in the field of identity authentication and identification, and it is not widely used in auxiliary medical puncture, because the imaging system cannot give the specific depth value of the subcutaneous vein on the back of the hand. For the existing vein imaging, please refer to figure 1 , medical staf...
