Abstract

The early esophageal cancer IncRNAs specific expression pattern detecting and analyzing system comprises a quantitative detection module, an input module, an analysis module and an output module, wherein the analysis module comprises logit module calculation and ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristic) curve analysis; the logit model is shown as logit(P=ESCC)=-1.1338+0.3957*U+0.2561*P, wherein the U is a UCA1 expression number value, P is POU3F3 expression number value. The detecting and analyzing system has high diagnosis efficiency specific to the esophagus cancer which is higher than that of the conventional serum SCCA, the model can be used for diagnosing patients suffering from early esophageal cancer (I and II).
