Abstract

A steering device for front collision of a passenger car comprises a steering shell, a frame skeleton, a guide device, a locking and rolling device, a unidirectional rotating device, a pull rope and apush rod. The front side of the unidirectional rotating device is connected with the frame skeleton, and the rear side of the unidirectional rotating device is connected with the steering shell. Theguide device comprises an upper guide mechanism and a lower guide mechanism which are mounted on the upper side and the lower side of the frame skeleton respectively. The lower end of the pull rope isconnected with the locking and rolling device, and extends upwardly to steer around the guide mechanism to be connected to the steering shell. The front end of the push rod is connected with a frontwall skeleton of the passenger car, and the rear end of the push rod faces the pull rope. The push rod can move backwardly to push the pull rope to be pulled backwardly around the lower guide mechanism during collision of the passenger car, the pull rope pulls the steering shell to rotate forwardly, and a steering wheel is driven to move forwardly. The steering device has the advantages that without affecting normal use of the steering device, the steering wheel can rotate to the most front end along with the action of the front wall skeleton of the passenger car during collision of the passenger car, so that living space of drivers is guaranteed, and survival rate of the drivers is increased.
