The transformer clamp comprises a left non-magnetic steel side plate and a right non-magnetic steel side plate, a connection plate, a left non-magnetic steel press beam and a right non-magnetic steel press beam, wherein the left non-magnetic steel side plate and the right non-magnetic steel side plate are horizontally and symmetrically arranged, two ends of the connection plate are connected with the left non-magnetic steel press beam and the right non-magnetic steel press beam, and the left non-magnetic steel press beam and the right non-magnetic steel press beam are vertically arranged on the connection plate and are arranged in parallel. The invention also discloses a manufacturing method of the transformer clamp. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of horizontally arranging the connection plate, and respectively welding the two ends of the connection plate on the left non-magnetic steel side plate and the right non-magnetic steel side plate; and arranging the left non-magnetic steel press beam and the right non-magnetic steel press beam in parallel, and respectively and vertically welding the left non-magnetic steel press beam and the right non-magnetic steel press beam on the connection plate.
