A user uploads a file to be printed to a cloud side, intelligent equipment is utilized to scan the two-dimensional code of the printer, two-dimensional code information recognition is conducted, and a current printer is matched. After matching is completed, a cloud printing gateway transmits the file uploaded by the user to the current printer from the cloud side. At this moment, the user pays a bill on line and starts printing. During implementation, the printing stations do not need to be provided with additional hardware for two-dimensional code recognition, and many problems that a traditional printing file is inconvenient to transmit, change is inconveniently conducted, and virus infection is caused are solved.
