The method includes the following steps: acquiring a plurality of video labels which are visited by a user within a cycle time; computing the overlap ratios among the plurality of video labels, wherein the overlap ratio describes to what degree one video label overlaps another video label; if the overlap ratio is greater than a first preset value, generating a classification list which is different from the category of a plurality of classifications of the plurality of video labels; grabbing a pushed video in the classification list, writing the pushed video to the pushed table; determining whether a user clicks the pushed video, and computing the ratio between the time the user watches the pushed video and the video time of the pushed video so as to acquire the interest level of the user to the pushed video; when the interest level is smaller than a second preset value, on the basis of the interest level, correcting the classification list, forming a new classification list so as to enable a pushing list generation unit to re-grab the pushed videos in the new classification list. According to the invention, the method herein can push various quality videos to the user and prevents the user from losing interest in similar contents.
