The micro-grid two-layer optimized dispatching method comprises the steps of: at a day-ahead dispatching layer, adopting different control for two kinds of air-conditioning loads according to levels of distributed air-conditioning load and centralized ice-storage air-conditioning load, regarding a minimum operating cost of the system as an optimization target, and regarding power balance constraint, power supply generating power constraints and air-conditioner operation constraint as constraint conditions; and at a real-time adjustment layer, selecting corresponding equipment for stabilizing fluctuations of renewable energy sources and loads according to the control method adopted for the air-conditioning loads at the day-ahead dispatching layer, regarding the minimization of power grid interconnecting line and storage battery power fluctuations as targets, and regarding power balance constraint, power supply generating power constraints and air-conditioner operation and adjustment constraint as constraint conditions.
