Abstract

The invention discloses a method and system for evaluating work organization efficiency of high-speed train dispatchers. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining the following indexes: task completion degree, average train speed, average train operation number, number of moving vehicles and dispatching order integrity; carrying out dimensionless processing on the indexes; determining weight of indexes obtained after dimensionless processing; determining a decision matrix of the indexes obtained after dimensionless processing; according to the lattice-order correlation theory, calculating positive and negative ideal solutions of the decision matrix; calculating a first Euclidean distance between the positive and negative ideal solutions; calculating a second Euclidean distance between the high-speed train dispatcher and the positive and negative ideal solutions; according to the first Euclidean distance and the second Euclidean distance, calculating a comprehensive difference value of the high-speed train dispatchers; and carrying out quantification on the comprehensive difference value of the high-speed train dispatchers, and evaluating daily work organization efficiency of the high-speed train dispatchers according to the quantification result.
