When the pressure in the cylinder is too high, the pressure relief device is switched to the pressure relief state to relieve the pressure and when the pressure is relieved, the pressure relief device is then switched to the sealing state to seal so as to relieve the pressure of the cylinder back and forth, and therefore, the problem of cost and time waste due to repeated replacement of an anti-explosive safety film in the prior art is avoided.
