Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of aquaculture and particularly relates to a drug for preventing and treating hippocampal head ulcer and its composition. The composition is composed of active substances for inhibiting vibrio vulnificus. An in-vitro experiment result shows that the active substances such as tea polyphenol, gallic acid, allicin, lactic acid and polylysine can inhibit vibrio vulnificus, an inhibitory zone diameter is the same to that of most of common antibiotics and resistance to drugs does not exist. An experimental result shows that five components of the composition produce good synergism, and under the same use amount, the composition has an inhibitory zone diameter greater than that of a single component (p<0.05). The drug utilizes natural edible medicinal components, can be completely metabolized by the hippocampus, prevents drug residues, has no toxic or side effect, does not cause resistance to drugs and does not pollute the hippocampus aquaculture water environment.
