Problems solved by technology

[0003] At home and abroad, there are few studies on the relationship between distribution network benefits and demand-side response, mainly using data envelopment to evaluate distribution network benefits, using optimization algorithms to estimate distribution network benefits, and considering distribution network operation. Efficiency and optimization of its benefits and other methods, these studies have insufficient consideration of demand side response, and it is difficult to adapt to modern power policies and technologies
[0004] The data of more than 9,000 distribution transformers in a certain area were selected for analysis, and it was found that the load data of distribution transformers obviously showed the characteristics of less peak time and more trough time. %, run inefficiently

Embodiment

[0097] According to Su Price Work [2007] No. 208 document, the electricity price for large industrial users is stipulated as follows:

[0100] The present invention assumes parameter r=0.04 in the formula (11), a in the formula (15) gd =0.05,b gd = 3,K gd = 10, the parameters of formula (12) refer to the paper Calculation of power loss of distribution network based on tree network flow.

[0101] Evaluation of benefit potential of single distribution transformer

[0102] According to the response system of peak electricity price in the literature, it is assumed that a certain district provides users with peak load reduction subsidies, and the load transfer rate conforms to the principle of consumer psychology. Assuming that a maximum of 30% of the load participates in the response, the relationship between input and peak load reduction can be established.

Abstract

The invention provides a distribution transformer's benefit potential assessment method considering the demand side response. In recent years, the difference between the peak and the valley of China's power grid loads shows an increasingly growing trend. The traditional power distribution network planning mode leads to the year-on-year decrease in the distribution transformer's benefit but the increase in the investment cost of the power distribution network. As the demand side management technology is becoming increasingly improved, the use of the demand responding means to reduce the sharp peak of the loads and then further to reduce the cost becomes possible. On the basis of the analysis of the sharp peak characteristics of the distribution transformer, a full life cycle cost model for the distribution transformer is created to analyze the relationship between the sharp peak load transfer under the demand side response and the invested funds and further, a distribution transformer's benefit potential assessment method considering the demand side response is created. Through the use of the simulation and analysis of the historical data of the distribution network loads of a certain region in Jiangsu province, the method result indicates that under the demand side response, the potential of the distribution transformer's benefit is huge and can be tapped with, therefore, providing scientific basis for investment strategies for innovation and reform of a power grid company.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a distribution transformer benefit potential evaluation method considering demand side response, and belongs to the technical field of power system monitoring, analysis and control. Background technique [0002] Power companies are increasingly dependent on the economic benefits of production and transmission equipment. In order to meet the actual needs of the national power system reform and provide basic economic benefits for the construction of active distribution networks, Jiangsu Provincial Electric Power Company issued a peak power price policy while studying peak power. The impact of electricity price on efficiency can provide reference for power company demand side management and distribution network investment. [0003] At home and abroad, there are few studies on the relationship between distribution network benefits and demand-side response, mainly using data envelopment to evaluate distribution network benefits, usi...
