Embodiment Construction

[0069] The specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the technical solutions and accompanying drawings.

[0070] In the embodiment, the present invention adopts two cameras respectively configured with wide-angle lenses to capture a light strip image. The camera model is viewworks VC-12MC-M / C 65 camera, resolution: 4096×3072, image sensor: CMOS, frame rate: full frame, maximum 64.3fps, weight: 420g. The wide-angle lens model is EF16-35mmf / 2.8LIIUSM, the parameters are as follows, lens focal length: f=16-35, APS focal length: 25.5-52.5, aperture: F2.8. The shooting conditions are as follows: the picture pixel is 4096×3072, the focal length of the lens is 17mm, the object distance is 750mm, and the field of view is about 720mm×1300mm. Submit accuracy verification by measuring a standard rectangular part with a width of 600mm and a length of 800mm. First, adjust the position of the laser so that the light bar is projecte...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of computer vision measurement, and relates to a light-strip border extracting method based on a non-fixed feature point. According to the method, a target point is attached to a folded-corner area to establish the non-fixed feature point without fixed position requirements, and border key points of a test object are established through the non-fixed feature point. Firstly, by preprocessing border images and compensating image borders, initial borders of the test object are obtained, an image coordinate of the center of the non-fixed feature point placed at the non-fixed feature point of the test object is extracted, a test-object border determination principle is established, borders which are wrongly identified and communicated with backgrounds are removed, and profile information of the test object is obtained. Then, through test-object profile constraint and a two-dimensional difference algorithm, the accurate extraction of light-strip borders is achieved. The method is high in extraction accuracy, rapid in arithmetic speed and short in calculation time, and can meet the high-accuracy rapid extraction of the light-strip borders on the test-object profile.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of computer vision measurement, and relates to a light strip boundary extraction method based on non-fixed feature points. Background technique [0002] The measurement of the three-dimensional profile of aerospace parts is very important for the manufacture of parts and the detection of aerodynamic shape, and it is an important means to ensure the quality of parts manufacturing. The stereo vision system based on auxiliary laser has the advantages of non-contact, fast measurement speed, high measurement accuracy, and in-situ measurement. It has been widely used in the assembly measurement process of aerospace parts. However, with the development of the industrial level, the size of the parts increases, the quality requirements of the parts increase, and the requirements for the vision system gradually increase. For large aviation parts, due to their large size, the size and machining accuracy of the part bo...
